product, then the following terms apply.
Thank you for purchasing our products at The Moksha Collection operated by WAPPoint. We
offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not
satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a
reimbursement (less courier costs) within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
We encourage customers to examine the product as soon as they have received it to ensure
they are satisfied. If the customer has any additional questions or would like to request a
refund, they must contact us as soon as possible.
If an item purchased on the website does not meet your expectations, please contact us, and
we will happily try to assist you. We are dedicated to offering you the best quality in our
products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are
here to help remedy those problems.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect
condition.
However, there is a remote possibility that:
– The item may be damaged during transit.
– Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
– Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you
ordered, or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours
of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as
the item itself. When you reach us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed. We
will courier a replacement item at the earliest possible date with no extra shipping cost to
you. If the original item ordered is no longer available, then we will request you to choose
an alternate item and courier the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will
communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the
exchange. If you do not want any alternate item, then we will refund you. Or any other
amicable resolution as mutually agreed with you.

NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us, and no credit or
replacement shall be given on such items.
Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery
at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all
returned items are examined for defects/variations.
Always return your items using registered airmail/courier as advised in our return
authorization mail.
Please return with original packaging & in original condition (please, no worn,
washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you
received.

details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
Shades displayed across the range of fabric and accessories may slightly vary from the
actual colour. This may happen due to multiple settings in your monitor or viewing device

Yarns mainly used in Tulle or Net are silk, nylon, wool, rayon, hence elasticity varies with
each one, along with the occurrence of loops, crinkles, pulled yarns, thread irregularities or
missing yarns. Such variations are natural characteristics of the fabric and add an aesthetic
impact to it.
Silk is an animal fiber produced from silkworms. While the fibre obtained is processed and
weaved in multiple stages, the texture and feel of the fabric differs from each other. The
irregularities and variations in the colours and texture are characteristic of the fabric, adding
to its natural beauty.
Crepe is woven with S-twist and Z-twist in natural yarns. The fabric has an elastic structure
and coarse finish, due to calendaring and finishing process. Hence, loops, crinkles, pulled
yarns, thread irregularities, or missing yarns are inevitable features of Crepe. Such variations
are natural characteristics of the fabric and add an aesthetic impact to it.
Chiffon is weaved densely with high twisted yarns in alternate S-twist and Z-twist in cotton
